Veckans övning

Här kommer veckans övning som vi ska göra så mycket vi bara orkar.

Tricep Leg Lifts. You will start in a Pilates hold - hands close to your armpits, elbows straight back and tucked into your body. Lift an hold yourself in a LOW plank, nice and flat, just an inch off the ground. Squeeeeeeze your ass and lift one leg high into the air. Bring it down and repeat on the other side. Each side is one rep. Try to get through all the reps without dropping!! This is a full body, arm/tricep/butt/core focused move.
